Feedback First 2.0 Scheduled for Fall 2025 Launch!

Feedback First 2.0 is part of Futurebraining—a new way to think, learn, and lead in the age of AI.

 

We originally set out to rewrite Feedback First to explore how AI could help us improve vital soft skills like communication, listening, and reflection, by supporting how we prepare, practice, and review. But in that process, we discovered something more fundamental: before people can use AI sophisticatedly, they must first become fluent.

 

That insight led us to build Futurebraining.

 

What started as a book about feedback is now part of a broader system for human-AI collaboration. In Futurebraining, feedback is not just a performance tool—it’s a core protocol for developing emotional intelligence, deepening cooperation, and strengthening the human edge that AI can’t replicate.
